Returns & Exchanges

Every piece is checked before it leaves us. If something arrives damaged or faulty, we'll make it right.

Damaged or defective items

Defects must be reported within 48 hours of your package being delivered. Email us at mbelitedesigns@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. Reports made after 48 hours can't be accepted, as we can't determine whether the damage happened in transit or after delivery.

Store credit only

Approved returns are refunded as store credit. We do not offer refunds to the original payment method.

Changing or cancelling an order

Changes cannot be made more than 24 hours after an order is placed. If you need to change something within that window, email mbelitedesigns@gmail.com as soon as possible and we'll do our best. After 24 hours your order may already be assembled and on its way.

Custom and made-to-order pieces

Charm bracelets and necklaces built in our charm bar are assembled to your design. Because they're made for you, they can't be returned for a change of mind — only for a defect reported within the 48-hour window above.
