Where we ship

Canada — $20 flat rate on every order. Shipping is free on orders over $150. Lethbridge locals can pick up instead, see above.

International — we ship to 26 countries across Europe, Asia and Oceania at a $39 flat rate, tracked.

United States — we are not shipping to the US at this time, because of the current tariffs on goods crossing the border. We'd rather pause than hand you a surprise bill at the door. If that changes, it'll be announced here first.

Customs, duties and taxes on international orders

Prices on this site are in Canadian dollars and cover your order and its shipping. They do not include customs duties, import taxes, VAT/GST or courier brokerage fees.

Those charges are set by the country the parcel is going to, not by us. Where they apply they are the customer's responsibility and are collected by customs or the courier on delivery. We have no way to tell you the amount in advance — it depends on your country's own thresholds. Your local customs office can tell you what to expect.

Every parcel is declared honestly at its full value. We can't mark an order as a gift or under-declare it, and we can't refund duties you've been charged. If a parcel is refused at delivery and returned to us, the original shipping cost isn't refundable.

How long it takes

Orders are made and packed in our studio. Most orders leave within 3-5 business days. Charm bar pieces are assembled to your design, so they can take a day or two longer than a stock item.

Once it's on its way, Canada Post's own delivery estimate applies. Every order ships tracked, and the tracking number is emailed to you as soon as the label is made.

Made-to-order pieces

Anything built in the charm bar — bracelets, necklaces, custom lengths — is put together by hand after you order. That's why it isn't returnable for a change of mind, and why it may take an extra day before it ships.

If something goes wrong

If your parcel arrives damaged, email mbelitedesigns@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll sort it out. The full terms are on our returns page.
